4.visit the doctor regularly – We should go to the doctor every month to get our body checked. Due to this, we will be able to cure any disease by knowing it first.
5.Deep breathing – Thus we can be free from any kind of mental instability in our mind. Hum.r There is a lot of agility in the body. and our mind remairemains .
